Warranty

S.E.S. Trims USA Inc. provides a one year warranty on all ABS Plastic parts. Any defects resulting from faulty material or workmanship will be warranted by S.E.S. Trims USA Inc. and replaced at their discretion. Any damages caused by freight carriers, improper installation, misuse or collision will not be warranted by S.E.S. Trims USA Inc.

S.E.S. Trims warrants each new product to be free from defects in both workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified, provided that the product is properly installed, subjected to normal use and service and that the product is not modified or changed in any way, there is no negligence by the user or the product is used for racing or competition purposes.

All warranty items are extended from the date of purchase to the original consumer/purchaser of record for the original vehicle the product was installed on. Also, S.E.S. Trims does not warrant for damage or defects resulting from collision, or road hazards. If a thorough inspection of the product indicates defects in workmanship or material, S.E.S. Trims sole obligation on all products shall be to repair or replace the product. Warranty covers only the product itself and not the cost of installation or removal.

S.E.S. Trims shall not be liable for any and all consequential damages occasioned by the breach of any written or implied warranty pertaining to this sale in excess of the purchase price of the product sold.
