Every pump is engineered, manufactured, and assembled to the highest material and production standards. Manufacturing processes include state of the art CNC machines and the latest phosphate coating processes. Melling oil pumps are manufactured from high quality materials. Gears are machined to close tolerances to ensure proper engine pressure and correct, efficient pump operation. End plates are precision ground for maximum wear resistance.

Depending on application and design, Melling pumps may use a gear, impeller, or the latest generator technology. When completed every Melling oil pump is individually tested for pressure and flow under conditions designed to duplicate actual engine operating conditions. In addition to OEM pump applications, Melling Select pumps are offered for increased oil flow, increased oil pressure, anti-cavitation capability, lighter pump weight, and performance when needed. Depending on your oil pump requirements Melling Select pumps are offered in cast iron, cast aluminum, or aluminum billet materials. Each Melling Select pump performance level offers a step up in material selection, engineering advantages, and increased durability. Warranty

Melling Replacement Parts (excluding water pumps) – 12 months.

Melling Replacement water pumps only – 36 months.

Melling High Performance Parts – no warranty (will replace for defect only).

This warranty does not apply to any product that has been altered or tampered with, such as taken apart, misused, subject to excessive operating conditions, malfunctions because of foreign particles such as engine dirt or pieces of other deteriorating components, products used in a vehicle that has been altered for other than intended purposes. Also, performance products are not covered under this warranty including products used for off-road or racing purposes.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR WARRANTY OF QUALITY, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THE WARRANTY OF TITLE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THE WARRANTY ARE EXCLUSIVE.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
