Originally, Johannes Pedersen was a bus driver, but in 1965 he started using all his spare time producing rubber mounts for cars, rubber hammers and ashtrays. This gave him the financial possibility to invest in tools and machines for the production of spare parts for his biggest interest: cars. Johannes Pedersen died in 1992, 63 years old. Since then Dansk® has grown to a well-established and strongly consolidated business with activities worldwide and premises of a total size of 42,000 m2. Martin Pedersen, the CEO of Dansk®, was born in Viborg on the 5th August 1958 and has been the owner of the company since 1992, when he took over from his father, Johannes Pedersen. Martin Pedersen started working at JP Group a/s in 1983, only a few years after the establishment of the company.

Warranty

Dansk warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 24 Months (24,000 Miles). The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

The warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. This warranty covers defects arising under normal use and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance.

During the warranty period, Dansk will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. Dansk reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this warranty.
